MSC Locksmiths

I recently had trouble with my window mechanism not working correctly in my bathroom and contacted MSC locksmiths as it was located above a flat room which was a major security risk for me. Matty attended a few days later and changed the parts that needed replacing. My window is now fully secure and closes a lot tighter than it once was. In regards to the price, MSC windows was the best around (as I did contact a few others) his communication throughout the process was frequent and informative. I would highly recommend his services, as I was happy with the outcome. 5 stars all round.

Matty came out tonight to my house on time as promised, he managed to open my sons window with ease after taking window handle and mechanism off, he has now rectified faulty handle by replacing it with a new handle ensuring window now opens and closes with ease (it never did before), my son will be made up when he gets home that he can now breath fresh air again! Matty also replaced a new lock in my composite front door, which has been sticking for a long time. I was more than pleased with his work, what can I say, very knowledgeable of his trade, efficient, just gets on with the job in hand with great expertise and carries the relevant replacement items with him, ie new handle and new front door lock. I would more than recommend this young man without hesitation. Thank you so much for your workmanship today.
