Really disappointed with the lack of communication and professionalism. I booked the cleaner for this week and I called on the morning to confirm that she was still able to attend and followed up with a text message. I had no response. I wouldn't mind if the cleaner was unable to attend but it is courtesy to let a client know so they can at least get someone else.

Fantastic results!

Absolutely fantastic service. Cleaned a tricky flat with an unusual mezzanine and high shelves / high ceilings. Worth every penny. The Owner is very friendly too!
