We offer a very personal, supportive service, totally different from every one else. I know how sad and distressing it is to clear a family home when a relative has moved to a nursing home or sadly deceased. We clear your property from the attic to the cellar, garage, sheds and out buildings. I notify you of any valuables and personal history, that may be fount. I never quote over the phone or online but come to the property to discuss what you want. The quote is binding and if I have forgotten anything, it is my fault and the price would never go up.. A general tidy is included in the price. You don't have to be there, the majority of my clients are not local and are unable to keep coming up to the property, to pack for the charity shop, go to tip and a general tidy, I can do it all for them, I always send photo's of the empty property and read meter. I can collect and return key's, or they can be posted. We recycle over 90%. We have so far donated over £21300 to local charities. The property will be ready to be sold or let. We have a waste licence. Last minute, no problem. Our clients are world wide, last month California, South Africa and south of France, with property's to clear in Hull, Bridlington and Staithes.
