We are also members of Stroma ( similar to Fensa ) which allows the installation team to self certify and register the work with the relevant local authority and confirms the installation is upto the correct standards. A strict annual random inspection and an Exam on the latest building regulations is required to be passed so as to achieve the self certification status and the installation work is then kept on disc by the relevant local authority. By law you need such certification after any installation and will be required if you choose to sell your property in the future. When getting quotations make sure you ask the company if their work is certified.
