Had my daughter's phone and was worse after the supposed repair. He refused to accept any responsibility saying he sends them to someone else. Shocking manners and non-existent customer service. Had to write several letters to trading standards and can't understand how he is allowed to carry on.

Bought a phone of the dirty looking woman for it to never work. For her to mess me about for weeks then give me the exact same phone back saying it was a new phone for that to not work then refusing me a refund! I will be phoning trading standards on these con men/women. Never buy from here. They will rob you blind and mess you around going back and forth the shop for no reason at all!!

Bought 2nd hand iPhone from this shop, within 2 days the on/off button stopped working. The power lead they supplied didn't work and looked burned out. After 5 attempts I finally managed to find this shop open, I explained the problem and was told they would not refund, replace or repair as the on/off button is an inherent problem with all iPhones and can not be repaired, so basically I paid for a phone which broke after 2 days and it was my problem?! Terrible customer service, the woman talks at you at 90 miles an hour and is quite frankly rude. I wouldn't recommend this shop to anyone! I went to another mobile phone repair shop a few doors up and they repaired the on / off button without a problem, took an hour & cost £25 but was worth it.

Absolute disgrace this company and the customer service is even worse. Complete rip offs.

My screen broke on my phone and I went to this shop where it was fixed. I went home and charged it and it has worked fine ever since. I really recommend going to this phone repairing shop if your phone has broken. Outstanding service from this company!
