Very bad service

I ordered a few items and they were supposed to be delivered today. My elderly parents said that they saw him drive straight past their address. My conclusion is that he has delivered it to the wrong house without checking the details. I have tried to call, email, message and have left voice messages but he doesn't seem to reply to anything. Now you can't even leave a message when phoning. I'm appalled that someone could run a business like this. I ordered these items on behalf of my elderly parents who are unable to get the basic of foods because of the madness out there at the moment.
