We locked ourselves out and were panicking as it was late evening. Mark was the only one to answer our call and was with us within 10 mins. The call out charge was very reasonable and we were back in our house within half an hour. It was not an easy job, but Mark did everything he could and bent over backwards to help us. Very happy!!

Mark was really good in assessing my need. I wanted to have four locks installed. We spoke on the phone and he asked the relevant questions to know what I wanted. He recommended a more economic approach, saving me money. The job was done to my satisfaction. And He cleaned up after installing the locks. Overall, he exceeded my expectations. A very pleasant experience. We'll certainly be using his services again in the future.

Excellent and honest

Excellent and prompt service. Mark responded really quickly to a problem with our patio doors. I had been told the whole mechanism needed replacement and was going to cost £150.00 but then the person who was supposed to come back never did, despite chasing a couple of times. Mark stepped in, came out when promised and replaced a part for a lot less. A very honest and genuine tradesman. Highly recommend him.
