Luigi arrived at the agreed time and quickly diagnosed the problem we had under our sink. He was very polite and courteous during his visit and explained the issue in detail. We would definitely recommend his services.

Had lots of problems with plumbing and gas boiler. Manufacturer's annual service more and more expensive and still having to pay for bits and pieced. not very impressed at all.
Contacted Luigi who has been our plumber for quite a few years now with annual experience who managed to sort our boiler out properly.
The bathroom had an old but, unknownn leaks problem which necessitated an insurance job who sent their two plumber round. Unable to continue the work left us in the lurch. Typical!
Phoned Luigi who found multiple leaks and fixed them all which was covered by the insurance. The kitchen ceiling under the bathroom collapse with maximum damage. He took the bath out to place a walk in shower which my wife and I wanted as very senior citizens. This when he found another two leaks.
A very hard worker. Treats his clients with respect, shoes off upon entry. gives a proper estimate, does not overcharge.No hesitation in awarding 5 stars out of 5, a score he deserves.

So delighted with our new upright radiator. From start to finish luigi is totally professional and wont accept anything than perfect. Couldn't believe he even had a replacement set of valves to match our radiator because the wrong colour were sent by supplier.What were the chances.Thanks luigi
