The rudest individual I have ever the pleasure to meet. Asked if I could take my dog in to his premises to be told that only one person was allowed in the shop and bring the dog in if " I must". explained the situation and waived to my friend to bring the dog in. When she walked in the shop to pass me the dog the owner proceeded to lecture me about having already TOLD me. An extremely rude individual who speaks to potential customers as if they are an inconvenience to him. Lost my business and probably many more customers.

My experience has been a Great and friendly service for shoe and watch repairs (imagine the same would be so for engraving etc). So pleased to have D on our high street!

Mr D's shoe repair and key-cutting services are so good - prompt, efficient and kindly. The services certainly ensured that I and others stayed on the road.
