He re-fretted my Patrick Eggle Berlin guitar... it took nearly three months. When, at last, I went to collect it, the truss rod cover was missing; he said he would find it or replace it with a new one. Nine months later, and after all the lies and excuses he has given me, I have given up on the fool and am buying a replacement from Eggle myself. On closer inspection of the neck, I found he had clumsily removed two small chunks from the ebony fretboard whilst doing the job, the damage had then been disguised with a gooey black substance that has never set hard. He did not mention the damage he had done. Beware!
