Thank you to Lee and MP Preservation for recent work done regarding fixing problem with damp under my bath, plastering wall, fixing new skirting, new bath panel fitted and bath sealed. Lee was very polite, professional and got on with the job and the work was done to a high standard and I would highly recommend!

Outstanding Bathroom Fitted

Matthew and MP Preservation have just refitted a complete Bathroom for me and the results are outstanding.

As a landlord in the North East, I'm always pleased when MP Preservation are involved in a job because I feel the work will be done properly and to a high standard.

I can only speak from my own experience, but I would have no hesitation in recommending Matthew and MP Preservation.

Fantastic service and top quality workmanship.

Had rising damp near the front door and bay window. We were recommended MP preservation and we weren't let done. They gave us a very competitive quote and the job was booked in to be completed soon after. They arrived on the Monday and were professional from the outset. They were very clean and tidy with removing the plaster and external mortar. The standard of pointing was excellent and the internal finish was to a very high standard. They left the house and external area very clean and tidy. We would recommend them highly.

Would like to thank Matthew and his team for carrying out an excellent job, we had both dry rot and damp In both back bedrooms the price he gave was very competitive against two other company’s that also priced for the work but decided to go with Matthew due to his professionalism and so glad I did as the job was done to a very high standard, enjoy the beers boys ! Would highly recommend
