Amazing Service

Mark was absolutely amazing! To be honest 5 stars is not enough. I had a problem with my boiler. He came in, sorted it out within a few minutes. I even told him that my kettle has gone (it hadn’t, I was using the wrong plug lol) and he even started to have a look at the fuse of the kettle. Such a lovely gentleman and I would definitely use again and recommend him to anyone.

The work quality was excellent and the place was left tidy after as if he wasn’t even there.

Marc is friendly, courteous and very thourough. Very kindly also spent some time advising on a seperate Gas issue that wasn't part of the original visit.

Amazing service, was very quick and efficient, made sure to explain how I could get hot water in future if any issues with boiler. Really friendly and I will definitely be recommending to others.

Excellent repair made without any fuss

Mr Powell came to investigate a problem i had with my central heating after another engineer that looked at my problem simply left saying he could do nothing. Mr Powell quickly identified the issue and ordered the necessary part. He returned a few days later and remedied the problem. He was very knowledgeable and courteous. I would recommend him to anyone who has a problem with their heating.
