Mount Pleasant Flowers

Ordered flowers for a funeral. They turned up over 3 hours late and were already wilting and brown. Appalling customer service, still awaiting refund after 3 weeks.

Very helpful and provided a beautiful set of letters for my late Mum's funeral flowers in her favourite pink chrysanthemums with lilac edging ribbons. Delivered on time to funeral director and all for a lower price than any other quotes obtained. Days later, the flowers are all still fresh.
Highly recommended.

We ordered funeral flowers for an aunts funeral yesterday, it was awful enough without seeing our floral tribute which was nothing like we ordered! The roses were going brown and the foliage was not how we wanted! That was bad enough but when we called to complain the owner didn't even apologise, he just used the excuse of " they were ok when they were left with the undertaker". All he had to say when we phoned was how sorry he was but he didn't, his customer service was so good he put the phone down when told his attitude was appalling!!!!! So save yourself the distress and pick one of the better and nicer florist in the town.
