Motts Travel

i have been on a lot of trips with them 8 this year alone the coaches are always clean and on time some drivers give you a lot of information along the route.however i did have a bad experience with 1 driver about the drop off point at a resort he was very rude and i ended up having a blazing row with him.when i reported this motts were wonderful they dealt with the complaint quickly and kept me up to date with what was going on i think that the way it was dealt with was 1st class thank you

My recent booking had to be re-arranged due to pandemic. The staff at Motts Travel couldn't have been more helpful and friendly while assisting me to do this. Highly recommended!

The suspension on the bus we got was so bad i think a skyscraper has better. The seats had so little legroom i couldn’t even sit straight due to lack of legroom. The bus was late and the driver was rude. We also went the wrong the way and wasted at least 20 minutes. I would not recommend to anyone as it was the worst experience i’ve ever had.

I have just had a lovely day out at Longleat with Motts ! I am 87 and everything was easy , comfortable coach, on time , pleasant driver . Very good value for money . First time with them ,will not be the last!

Be warned that the seating for a Saturday matinee is dreadful. On my recent visit to 42nd Street I had the great pleasure of sitting at the very top and watched a performance of people's heads. Had I known before hand the seating, I would of definitely not booked. The same happened a few weeks back when I went to see Lion King. Unless your happy to walk loads of steps and don't suffer from vertigo then take this as a warning. Check the seating first.
