1We were sold a warranty Plan for the car that was described as great but in reality wasn't worth the paper it was written on. We paid thousands over the time we had the warranty plan and were tricked.
On our final visit to Preston Motorparks we were expecting a major service but were told that after an hour it was finished, when i was asked what they had done on the service they told me nothing apart from checking the oil Degredation ( oil condition), they charge about £80 for checking the condition of the oil, whereas a proper garage would probably change the oil for not much more than £80. I've now seen the light and i won't be giving these twonkers any more money .
