Terrible service. Waste of time dealing with this company. The dearlership would be much better off with a changed of sales manager as the current one Mark is not an asset to the branch.

Disgusting customer service, extremely unprofessional. Sold the wrong service plan and sold a car that was supposed to be the same spec as previous car and isn’t. Rushed through the look around saying ‘you know what to expect, it’s exactly the same as the car you’ve handed back’ but I later discovered that the car has less features. When I came in for my first service, they told me I was on the wrong plan and I had to pay. When I asked to speak to the person that I bought the car from to find out why this had happened, she hid in the back….. the most bizarre experience. Never buy a car from this place… you can see from the other reviews that I’m not the only one!

Get Ready To Have your Trousers Pulled Down

We were sold a 12 month old Fiat car by a salesman that misled us and covered up the fact that the car was an Ex-Hire car from Hertz, we only found out the truth weeks later when the registration paperwork came through ( as he couldn't provide it to us at the time of sale).
We were sold a warranty Plan for the car that was described as great but in reality wasn't worth the paper it was written on. We paid thousands over the time we had the warranty plan and were tricked.
On our final visit to Preston Motorparks we were expecting a major service but were told that after an hour it was finished, when i was asked what they had done on the service they told me nothing apart from checking the oil Degredation ( oil condition), they charge about £80 for checking the condition of the oil, whereas a proper garage would probably change the oil for not much more than £80. I've now seen the light and i won't be giving these twonkers any more money .

Awful and will never return

Disgusting customer service and lacks any professionalism. I took out a service plan and the last two visits I have received awful service. The last visit I arrived to drop off the car, the man on the desk was on the phone. I waited patiently until he had finished and he turned to me and said ‘Can I just make another call?’ No, you can’t, I’m a customer waiting and needing to go to work. When picking the car up, I again waited only to be stood listening to another member of the service team talk in a derogatory fashion because ‘women, we know what they’re like’. This woman will not be providing you with any sales or service payments in the future. Customer service and D&I training wouldn’t go amiss for your staff.. if they can be bothered.
