Absolutely disgusting! How is this place allowed to serve such awful food. Most had to go in the bin. Popadoms stale (how can you get that wrong?) chicken pakoras - no idea what they were- straight in the bin. Tandoori chicken totally dried out. Chicken chat??? BIN. I could go on. £35 wasted.

Do not recomend!! Ordered food at 7 O'clock, we were told some items were unavailable and asked for a refund for those items. After waiting some time we phoned up to check on our order and were told it was on its way. We phoned another time to be told again its on its way and they couldn't tell us anything else. At 10 O'Clock we got a refund for the entire order, when we phoned up we were told the order was cancelled when they had first called about unavailable items. Very unorganised and no one seemed to know what was going on, wouldn't recommend!

Appalling service and so surprised as used to be good.
Ordered online (screenshot of order) pick up gosforth at 5:55. Got there no order. I was told it must be at Cramlington. I asked them to phone Cramlington no order. They phoned Whickham and he said my order was there. I asked for a refund as my pregnant daughter would have to drive me there. Whickham refused to give me a refund. So we were told to drive to Whickham. I drove to Whickham....guess what...no order, they denied ever speaking to Gosforth. Gosforth then denied speaking to Whickham. What a shame a once good takeaway is such a shambles now and they lie. Disappointed, appalled and angry at the total lack of care.

Worst Indians ever..... rubbish

HAVE EATEN MANY TIMES IN THIS ESTABLISHMENT & WOULD LOOK NOWHERE ELSE FOR GREAT INDIAN DISHES. STAFF ARE VERY POLITE AND GRACIOUS. TUESDAY & THURSDAY NIGHT BANQUET DEALS ARE EXCEPTIONAL VALUE FOR MONEY.........WOULD RECCOMEND THE MOTI JHEEL TO ANYBODY
