We offer Free customer parking, a free loyalty card with stamps to collect on each visit, we can make number plates while u wait.

We stock a large range of Cycles for all the family, Freego electric bicycles in our Ferndown branch & Claud Butler Urban Mover electric cycles in Poole, Salisbury, Bocombe & Winton shops

Very Poor Service

Bought a Sakura car polisher used it about three times, had it a week, the motor started to slow down and pick up again when I used it for the third time and small shocks through the front when holding it. Took it back to the shop with receipt, older man served me with grey stubble beard, plugged it in and it did not falter but I told him when I was using it that was when it started to play up, young man next to him commented that it did not smell too good, (plastic burning smell). Older man said he could not find anything wrong with it, I said I don't care I don't want it, it's dangerous and does not work, he did not want to give me my money back, shrugged his shoulders, I said keep it I don't want my money back I just don't want the Sakura and I don't want another one which (was offerd to me) and I walked away having payed for it, had it for a week and walked away with nothing to show for it!
