Morspace Loft conversions evolved in 1983,

branching off from it’s sister company Baxter & King.

Since then, Morspace has successfully designed and

completed over 550 conversions.

Morspace offers a complete service from initial consultation

through to final completion, using their own architectural

staff and three teams of craftsmen. Tailoring loft conversion

to each individual needs, Morspace operates from it’s base

at Market Deeping near Peterborough.

Morspace are out-and-out specialists in loft conversions of

all types, catering for all types roof constructions. They pride

themselves on the fact that any roof is convertible, literally

raising the roof if necessary to create adequate space,

subject to the local authority approval of course.
