I love the wide range of products they sell, and the prices are good too! Morrison's is my favourite supermarket for value.
Unfortunately the lunch time rush is not dealt with at all! I work next door and prefer to take a half hour lunch rather than a full hour. If I pop in at 12:00 on my lunch break then I'm forced to take a whole hour lunch because the queues are just insane! The staff who monitor the self-serve tills don't actually do anything! If your self-serve till flashes red you have to go and ask for someone to help you because the drones are too busy staring into space.
