Very disappointing

1
I attempted today to return a faulty Blu vape pen in a starter kit, and expected an exchange. The assistant told me that i would need to contact the manufacturer as they are unable to exchange such products. I showed her the receipt and mentioned that a previous faulty pen had been exchanged without a problem.
My contract is with Morrisons, not the manufacturer. I bought it from Morrisons, not Blu.
I'm very disappointed and of course won't risk buying anything from them again.

Humiliating and horrible experience

1
I was in Morrisons earlier today minding my own business and getting on with my day. Three people walked in to the store without masks in front of me, straight past security who were too busy doing nothing to actually speak to them and mention it was the law. A few minutes later I happened to be in the same aisle and as I glanced at them, they began verbally abusing me, and declaring that we were all brainwashed, Despite being in ear shot of various members of staff, no one did anything. The manager walked past mid abuse and again did nothing. There is zero care for honest people trying to do the right thing. If you’re looking for a decent shopping experience, I’d avoid this place.

avoid

After popping into this morrisons in passing to pick up dinner (as I live with 2 vulnerable adults I usually get a click and collect from the better supermarket Tesco). The young till assistant scanned through 2 of the same pizzas, even though they were obviously different, one was vegetarian the other bbq chicken. Basically the chicken one was 50p and the veggie one £1.50 (although there was no signage in the store for the price of the veggie pizza so no idea of that's actually right). I didn't realise until I got home as I ran in and out of the store as there was no social distancing and felt uncomfortable. I didn't realise this until I got home, so I complained via twitter only to be told that basically they need to refund the £1 onto a more card (which i don't own), and then need to spend £4 to get a £5 voucher. Still no where further and receiving really shocking customer service. Twitter customer service even admitted tbe staff need to be re-trained. AVOID THIS STORE AND COMPANY

Get ready for COVID second wave...

1
Absolutely awful today no social distancing at all, apart from que to get in, we had our stuff thrown down to packing area and before we had even finished packing the next guy was basically on top of us. Very horrible, rude check out lady didn't even ask if we were happy for her to start and it wasn't as though there was a huge que behind us. Very poorly managed! Why distance to get in if inside is a complete free for all? Even where you have to walk down the queuing part for tills less than a meter from people on the other checkouts. Complete joke will not be returning. Please if you are high risk do not go here..
