This was fitted as part of a complete rewire.
New equipment in cupboard under stairs after complete rewire.
Complete kitchen installation carried out by Morris Building & Electrical. Electrical works were to modify ring main for new sockets in new positions, move cooker circuit, and install extractor fan. Electrical Installation Condition Report and new fuse board also completed.

Photocell switched so they come on automatically at night and switch off in daylight.
This used to be a hotel gym until it got converted to a boardroom by Morris Building & Electrical Services. Boxed out ceiling was constructed using timber and it encases 8 dimmable LED spot lights. 50 inch plasma with concealed wiring was fixed to the wall. Concealed wiring with laptop interface.
3 suspended ceilings constructed for a hotel restaurant. Each has a bank of 6 dimmable LED spot lights.

Complete lamp post installation service offered. Can be switched manually, by timer or by photocell (night time auto).
Triple garage with office above built by Morris Building & Electrical. Fountain installed complete with electrical supply to power pump.

Absoulutely brilliant services if you could grade this guys work he would get a A+++ from me i really would recormend anyone to get a quote from this company you'll be very pleased with the work they do after they have finished they are very tidy and clean up after them selfs which most company's i have been with dont, so dont sit there and think about it give them a call. Lee i really do apprichiate all the work you have done for me very happy.

I needed a new side gate for my house as the other one had rotted. I telephoned Morris Builders, and Lee came to look. As it was not a standard size, he suggested he make one and fit it. A few days later, Lee returned with an exceptionally well made gate and fitted it. It looks great. Lee did not make or leave any mess and was respectful to my property, and my neighbours. An overall excellent job. I can certainly recommend him. I will definitely be using him again.

Job done on time with a smile

Lee recently visited on a Sunday morning to sort a number of electrical issues I was experiencing. I should add that I had contacted several electricians who either said they were too busy or the job was too small. Some said they would be there and never showed. Lee, however, sacrificed a Sunday morning and turned up on time and with a smile. Not only did he sort the issues he was engaged to resolve, but also helped fix a faulty shower door - nothing to do with electrics! A very refreshing experience.

Lee is competent, reliable and friendly. His follow up has been top notch.

I would have no hesitation in recommending Lee to future customers. A really good job. Thank you Lee - we have light!

New kitchen fitting

We had the kitchen refitted, tiled and painted as well as some other work done around the house. Lee and his team were professional, approachable, clean and tidy and they carried the work to a high standard within a short timeframe. We would not hesitate in employing them again and will be recommending them to friends and family.
