My boyfriend went in and asked to keep it long on the top, the man said he would give it a ‘good trim’ and he said to only take a bit off and keep it long enough to go past his eyebrows. The man completely messed it up and cut it way past his eyebrows. He completely disregarded my boyfriends requests and did what he wanted and not the customer.
