We called in to look for kitchen floor tiles and received really good help and advice from Ray and Joy, both coming up with suggestions that finally led us to buying the tiles that we needed. They were very friendly and we felt that they gave us a personalised service. Delivery was on time. Overall an excellent service. We would definitely recommend

Perfect service from start to finish. Great banter in the showroom when picking our kitchen floor. Wide range of stock to choose from. Staff could not be more helpful with advice about types of flooring. Used Phil, their recommended tiler who was also brilliant. Came in done the job and got off. The work was done perfectly. Can’t recommend this place enough. Good prices, so much to choose from and great staff. Our floor looks amazing and we are so happy with it. Will 100% use this place again. Thank you

Outstanding customer service!

Having had the pleasure of dealing with Ray and the team at Moreton Tiles I can safely say I will never again buy tiles off the internet! Not only is the choice superb, but being able to get Ray’s expert advice on what tiles would be most suitable for our wetroom was invaluable and saved us from making a wrong choice. What took this customer service to an exceptional level though was when we found ourselves just one tile short of getting our bathroom refurb finished. With our tiler booked on another job the following day, Ray saved the day by offering us the tile from the sample board in the store just so we could get the job finished… we still can’t believe you offered to do that, thank you so much!!

This job was very tricky but Chris was so helpful and patient ! He went above and beyond to explain options , pitfalls and restored my faith in tradesmen!
Tiling the lounge and hall area was a big commitment and I couldn't be more delighted with the work he did.

Great service from Ray and the crew. Very knowledgeable and knows his customers very well. Listens to your needs but most of all produces the goods unlike some trades. I would recommend him to anyone. Long may he stay in business. We need more rays in this world
