We are not only paying towards the owners childrens private school education and wife's diamonds and luxurious trips to Dubai every time we eat at this place, but also allowing them to take our money for unedible desserts and get away with customer dissatisfaction.
Its a franchise owned by the same owner.

Waffles were cold and soggy. Falooda tasted like the milk was off. Waited 2 hours for a slice of cake! 2 hours! Even that was tasteless! Staff is rude and lacks customer service skills.

Fantastic customer service brilliant and easy going and so polite and friendly all especially Marwan and Bader what a nice place to be regular customers 100% well done guys don’t be shy ☺️ 😂

Toys all broken and filthy , so dangerous couldn’t let my 2 year old play there , she had too sit and look at them whilst eating her ice cream . Toys were in shocking condition.

Used to be called Milky Lane, now continuing the trend with a new cheesy name but still serving good ice cream and other desserts, this place always seems to be packed in the evening. This is partly a benefit of many families coming to Wilmslow Road, and partly the abundance of takeaways/cafes that dont serve desserts. I'm reliably told the falooda (Pakistani-style sundae-alike) is great, I usually stick to hte ice cream, or the great milkshakes! Either of these and you cant go wrong with a double choc chip, malt-tease (Malteser flavoured ice cream) or whatever your preference
