Huge Disappointment

Been going for at least 10 years now, never went anywhere else since living here, really disappointed after tonight. Will think twice about going back. Majority of the order was wrong, forgot some of the order and when rang back we were told they were too busy and that we will give you it next time and then hung up on. If I wanted it next time then I would have asked for it next time. Customer Service? I think not.
