Failed to show up, no response to emails

Emailed for a quote & arranged a date for them to come & do a small clear out, they agreed the date & even repeated it in an email back to me so I was suprised when they failed to show up on the day. I emailed twice asking them if they could come the following week - no response to either email. Used them last year & it was great so I'm suprised by the poor service this time round. I will go elsewhere in future.

I own Hogan's Estate Agents in Leeds and can highly recommend this Company. They are efficient, carryout out quotes same day and complete jobs as soon as possible. Their administration is good and the are registered waste carriers so have the correct paperwork. Call me on 0113 235 1025 if you want a personal recommendation.

Perfect service. Couldn't fault MONSTERMOVERS at all

10 stars service from these guys. My wife called for a quote to clear our house after the recent renovation. We were happy with the price and the waste was gone the same day. Hassle free. Great bunch of lads. Hardworking and polite. Thanks again fellas. Top job and a very happy customer. Will use again in future and recommend to everyone.

Amazing Service - My garage cleared

Called monstermovers today (sunday). i needed my garage clearing asap as new tenants are moving in tomorrow, within an hour the lads had been cleared the garage. Swept up and clean everywhere by the time i'd been to the cash point and back. Amazing service!
Also took my elderly neighbors mattress away free for her.
Great set of pleasant lads.
