Our services include a free home measuring/planning and quotation service, with professional help to make sure you choose the right carpet for the right room. We also carry a wide range of carpet, laminate/wood flooring and vinyl samples for you to browse through at your leisure giving you complete peace of mind.

Wish every shop was like this. They were excellent.

We were very pleased with the low key no pressure sales people. Very relaxed and friendly.
The comminications were good and they let us borrow a swatch so that we could find a matching paint.
Fitting was quick and very straightforward. We took a few weeks to get the room ready and paint it after the carpet had arrived at the shop. Everyone was very relaxed about it.

Great service with these guys. Went in the shop, got some really helpful advice, selected a carpet and a few days later they came to fit it. The fitter was brilliant and has done a fantastic job. What more could you ask for!
Definitely use these again.

Superb job

Monarch Carpets laid flooring in most of my flat and carpet in the bedroom. The final results were stunning. Immaculate workmanship which I couldn’t fault at all. Completed within the agreed timescale.
It was a pleasure to deal with Emma and Jamie who couldn’t do enough to assist through the whole process. Their customer service was superb.
