MONAGHAN are a contract cleaning and building maintenance company that was initially established nearly 30 years ago and now specialise in the maintenance of residential blocks and property portfolios in partnership with management companies, housing associations and estate agents.

Our company provides a professional, eclectic range of both planned and reactive property maintenance services enabling management companies to deliver professional, cost effective and safe maintenance services to their clients.

We tailor our services to meet our client's individual needs ensuring a safe and practical approach to your property maintenance solutions. We have comprehensive Health and Safety guidelines that are followed and ensure that all our friendly uniformed operatives are properly trained and experienced to undertake their individual roles within a safe system of work. Each site has an initial risk assessment before a quotation can be given and a copy can be supplied before work begins.

Monaghan Property Services came out to give us a quotation at the time specified. Scott was knowledgeable and the quotation was a fair price. The work was carried out in good time and the guys did a great job, to a high standard and cleaned up thoroughly after themselves. We would definitely recommend Monaghan Property Services for building or roof work and we would use them again!

I have been working with Monaghan's for the past nineteen months to help me maintain the four sites I have in Bolton (61 flats in total including communal areas). In all that time, and with the multitude of jobs that I have raised with them, I do not have a single bad word to say. They get the work done quickly and to a high standard and even when they are really busy with other jobs, they will somehow fit the work I raise in to get it done immediately if needed, or within a couple of days at the very most if it is not urgent. Their operatives go way above and beyond in terms of the work we pay them for, including telling me about repairs issues, fire safety and health and safety concerns, to keep everyone safe. They are great with our vulnerable tenants, who enjoy talking to them, and if they see an issue when they're on a job which poses a risk, they will address it as a courtesy. Working with them has made my job so much easier, and it's been a pleasure to know each of them.
