The ladies did a fantastic job and were really friendly. Saved me the stress and time after moving house.

I am pleased with the fortnightly clean of my home. The two person team who have been with me since November 2016 are cheerful and accommodating.
The clean is thorough within the limits you would expect ie not moving heavy furniture. They regularly clean above eye level - something I'm not very good at! They are especially efficient at cleaning the kitchen and bathrooms.
At present, they arrive earlier than I would like due to a change in their schedule on 'my' cleaning day. This is in hand and will hopefully soon be resolved.

We have been using MollyMaid for some years now and have nothing but praise for the 2 sometimes 3 ladies who do our 4 bed home in an hour and half to 2 hours every month. And the annual spring clean with carpet wash is very thorough. Always cheerful and helpful we think the MM team are very good at what they do......not convinced others could do such a good job.

Exceptionally reliable and thorough cleaners. Except for illness or holidays, the same two individuals come each time. Office staff are a pleasure to deal with and most accommodating.

The level of cleanness is acceptable, but not as thorough as I would expect. I started using Molly Maid service since October 2016. They come once every 2 weeks, and do the cleaning while I'm at work. Today is the first time they come to clean while I'm at home and I realised that they only spent 30 mins between two persons. For a tiny flat that costs £46 for regular clean, it's overpriced, plus I don't need them to clean my 2 bedrooms. I probably will consider other company.
