Nope... Purchased a blue badge defender. No lock and still waiting for a replacement. I have a blue badge for a reason. Only thing this unit is defending is the box. And iam left not as mobile as I could be. Not shopping here again. There's a mobility shop In Enfield will try them for service. And I will reach out to pay pal to resolve.

Brilliant service, friendly staff.

Visited here today to buy a wheelchair for my daughter. Very impressed with the range and knowledge of the staff. The chap who helped us was very helpful and friendly. The chair he recommended was perfect for what we needed and actually cheaper than the one we had seen in the internet. I would highly recommend this company.
