Customer focused and knowledgeable too

Paul was excellent! He was focused on my needs and didn’t push anything on me. With hip problems since birth, comfort was my main criteria for buying a mobility scooter. I was encouraged to try it outside not just indoors and I got a much better feel for turning circle, comfort and stability. I am very happy with the scooter I purchased and look forward to using it.

I have just purchased a Mobility Scooter from Mobility 2000 in Leyland what a pleasurable experience that was. Paul the gentleman that helped us in the shop was brilliant nothing was too much trouble for him he explained everything to us in plain simple language showed us exactly how everything worked without being in any way pushy . I even went out on a test drive which was really good because you got a real feel for what you were buying. It was so nice to deal with someone who was interested in the product and the customer so many staff these days have a couldn't care less attitude. The scooter was delivered to me yesterday fully charged and ready to go. I went out on it yesterday and it is wonderful we were sold the right scooter for my needs. I would totally recommend MOBILITY 2000 in LEYLAND THANK YOU PAUL FREEDOM AT LAST

Top class experience buying mobility scooter and powerchair

I recently needed to replace my Rascal Pioneer Scooter and was given excellent service and a very competitive deal from Mobility 2000 in Leyland. The shop manager Paul was extremely knowledgeable about products and I cannot fault the first class customer focused service I received. I also purchased an Aero Lite powered wheelchair which I am very happy with. Paul was very patient in demonstrating several times how to fold and unfold the wheelchair and place it in the boot of my car as it took me a while to get the hang of it. Without the extra tuition I would really have struggled. I now find it very easy to manage. Top marks all round and I would highly recommend this shop for any disability/mobility needs you have.

5 Star Service from start to finish

Excellent, prompt service. Paul was fantastic and knowledgeable, we needed a stair lift for a staircase with a return. He came out to measure up and discuss the options. He gave a thorough explanation without any hard sell tactics and left us to make a decision without any pressure. We contacted him and asked him to make the arrangements and it was installed the following week, Paul was in regular contact before, during and after the installation to update us and check that we were happy with the chair lift and installation. I definitely recommend Paul and Mobility 2000, Leyland and cannot thank him enough for taking the all hassle and stress out of the entire process.

I recently purchased my 3rd mobility scooter from Paul and I'm always impressed with his genuine help and concern. Only this morning he delivered to my home the battery charger which wasn't available yesterday at the time of purchase. Nobody needs to hesitate buying anything from him whatever it might be.
