LAPTOP START BUTTON NOT WORKING. TOOK IT TO MOBILES TECH ON THURSDAY LUNCH TIME AND THEY HAD CREATED A HOT WIRE SOLUTION BY THURSDAY AFTERNOON SO THAT I COULD CONTINUE WORKING. REPLACEMENT PART ORDERED ON FRIDAY, DELIVERED ON SATURDAY MORNING, INSTALLED AND FULLY FIXED BY SATURDAY AFTERNOON.

KEPT ME INFORMED AT ALL TIMES. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. EXCELLENT TECHNICAL CAPABILITY. SMART, FRIENDLY AND EFFECTIVE STAFF

Faulty goods

Do not buy from this shop after buying a charging lead for my iPad it fell apart within 1week and he said he's not replacing it or giving me my money back so Trading Standards involved now this shop sells tat cheap and nasty with no warranty keep well away.
