Got my phone back after repair minus the SIM card , only to be told it was never in there , charged me £25.00 more than originally quoted and told me to collect on a certain day and then when I went to collect they hadn't done anything with it and couldn't even remember me bringing it in , it was still sat in the drawer . Lost all my contacts and photos , and was not prepared to discuss the fact they lost my SIM card just kept telling me it wasn't in there when I brought it in , which is an absolute lie .
