Mobile Workshop

If I could have given this shop a zero rating I would have. Took my phone into be fixed, worse mistake I made. Said he had fixed my phone but hadn't, he told me to pay cash and would not give me a receipt. The phone went in with a cracked screen and has come out in a worse state. When the first screen was fixed the phone would not automatically come on when I opened my case, took it back and tried to palm me off with some cheap nasty one, finally admitted there was a problem and took it off me to fix. When I went to pick it up it worked when I opened the case. As previously advised he told me to keep the tape on the phone for a few hours till the glue had dried, when I took the tape off there was a crack in the new screen and the letters are all out of sync, you press on 1 letter and another 1 appears. When I took it back he said I would have to pay as I can't prove the screen was broken the 2nd time. if you value your phone KEEP AWAY!!!

I went in store with a iPhone 6s Plus which needed a screen and battery replacement. Earlier on the day I had the phone in pieces but I would of had to wait a few days for parts so I marked the battery (due to bad experiences in the past with other repair shops) Then reassembled the phone. I was charged £55 for the work and parts so went ahead with it. When I returned 40 min later they said it would need a good charge when I got home. Surprise surprise the battery takes hours just to pass 60% (one of the original issues) the battery also drains rapidly so I checked the battery status which still states SERVICE. So I decided to strip the phone to check for the blue mark that I left on the old battery which was still there, the battery was never replaced. Basically Paid £55 for a poorly responsive screen. These people are clearly scamming their customers and getting away with it. AVOID MOBILE WORKSHOP at all costs, you won’t receive the service that your paying for They should be ashamed

Screen and display replaced in 40 mins and at cheaper than anywhere else. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Would recommend this shop to anyone.

Daughter. Was having a meltdown after the Apple shop quoted her £279 for a repair & a days wait
Took the mobile an daughter ( who was proper stressing by this time ) to this shop not really expecting them to be able to do anything but to my relief they not only repaired the ( phone it only took 45 mins ) charged £100 but also gave her a £37:00 phone cover for £10 & fitted it
The staff were really friendly an proffesional
I would recommend this place without hesitation to anybody for any type of repair be it phone / tablet or even pc
Apple should be ashamed of themselves charging oeople the prices they do when a small independent repair store like this can not only do the repair but do it at a very reasonable price

Broke my p30 pro and this shop was by far the best price for the screen. I was pleased with the speed and quality of the repair in the shop. Hopefully I don't have to repair my phone again but if I do I will definatly come back.
