The Mobile Vet is proud to be an independent veterinary practice offering both affordable home visits as well as a convenient central surgery in Newport.

We’ve always strived to provide the very best care to all our clients and are looking forward to continue expanding our innovative services. Last year, we were the first island vets to offer laser therapy and a full endoscopy service allowing us to perform key hole surgery. We upgraded our waiting room, including our new bespoke cat lounge and opened our retail shop offering pet toys, leads and collars, natural healthy treats and essential accessories.

Our laser therapy is a ground breaking new treatment that stimulates the body’s own healing systems to treat a wide range of conditions including arthritis, joint stiffness and promote faster wound healing - it’s fast and pain free. Results have been tremendous with many dogs being able to walk and exercise happily without relying solely on painkillers and it’s usually covered by pet insurance too.

This year we’re continuing to expand our range of services. Our new pet nutrition clinic can offer advice on diet, especially if they’ve put on a few pounds recently! We continue to develop our state of the art diagnostic facilities, expand the surgery and will be welcoming some new faces soon too.
