Came in with a cracked IPhone X screen,contacted them as the Apple website was too exspensive. They fixed my screen to a brilliant standard and staff was friendly and super reliable. Reply very fast to emails and fixing service was very fast (only had to wait one hour!) would highly recommend!

I went here to get my battery changed. They charged me what I thought a fair price however did a terrible job! They didn’t stick it down, left loads of screws out and completely over charged me. I’ve had to get my phones battery stuck down with an added plate by other people as well as a load more screws put in, with cost me a fraction of what they charged me here. Wouldn’t recommend at all, did more harm than good!

Been to have screen repair on iPhone 6 , Chris was so very helpful, and repaired the screen within the hour , would highly recommend

i went into the Malvern store with my note 3 the screen was broke , the guy wanted £270 to put a new screen in it ..the phone i can buy new on e bay for £120 what a joker

What was initially good service and a good product has turned into a pretty bad experience. I had an iPhone 6+ screen repair and a few things went wrong:-
1) Before work was done I wasn't informed that the fingerprint sensor wouldn't work following the repair.
2) The proximity sensor failed after 2 weeks
3) The screen cracked under normal use.
Tried to get it all sorted under warranty and I was turned away. Poor quality serviceman ship, poor quality parts and bad customer service.
