They do not even deserve one star. Took an iphone 11 pro to have a battery replaced. Upon changing battery, the front facing camera refused to work. They said it was already broken, it wasn't. Took 3 attempts and it worked. Next day, phone switched itself off once a day every day for 2 weeks until one evening, it went off and on every minute. I managed to get to genius bar at Apple next day in afternoon and it took them 4 x longer to run diagnostics tests due to phone turning off so fast. I was told the logic board had been permanently damaged due to dodgy battery and/or bad fitting of it. Data log from tests showed this started shortly after battery was installed by these monkeys. PLEASE... save yourself the hassle and expense and go to Apple. The muppets refused to take responsibility and said Apple ruined my phone as they are 3rd party. Showed them Apple's report with panic data logs starting day battery installed, muppets still say not their fault. No data logs b4 battery change.

The two gentlemen who work in this shop are brilliant, they are very knowledgeable, helpful and I can't rate them highly enough. I had to buy a cheap mobile in a hurry and they were both so very kind and patient with me.

Visited the shop to repair a cracked Ipad screen which otherwise was working perfectly. These guys are so unprofessional they could not get the touch response working after replacing the screen and after 3 more days told me its fixed - when I went to pick up I was shocked to see that half the screen is now dark with only half the backlight working!! The worst part is they are refusing to rectify the problem saying it was like that from the start! Don't get scammed by these people. Save your time and your money unlike me.

Recently took an iPhone 6 in for a new screen. I'm glad I shopped around and found this place.
Great service and great price. Will definitely recommend to family and friends.
