Rang and a woman answered who didn’t seem interested. Told her what I had 2 metal filing cabinets and a huge metal tool shelving unit and she just said nah mate not worth it for me just keep it in your garden. Terrible customer service and not worth using!

Some chav answered with kids in the background, didn't give the name of the 'company', just said "Hello?!" in a tone that can only suggest I was some kind of hinderance for giving them a call for the services they advertise?

Wasn't interested in collecting my scrap metal (even though that's what they advertise), which I'm sort of relieved about considering I wouldn't want Vicky Pollard in my house.

I have called a few company's from yellow pages and a lot them have failed to attend my property when schedule time and date was arrange. I was feed up all I want for someone to collect my unwanted scrap. After looking at this company and research there feed back. I spoke to polite young lady who took my details within a limited time.I recived a call to say we will be with at arrange time. As this was my last result as I was feed up at this point I thought let's give it ago. There were lovey friendly bunch of men who lifted and took away my scrap all the fuss was over. Overall 100% service and 100% customer service. Brilliant company want the job done asap this company is defentily recommend don't delay call them today

Good price paid for scrap metal. Came at arranged time. Completed the clearout in good time. Did most of the heavy work themselves. Will definately use them again if needed in the future
