Customer Service

I have been using Mobile Masters for a numbers of years, for laptops and phone repairs, screens etc . .

Service and help has always been exceptional, prices very reasonable

Excellent service at all times

We have purchased both used mobile phones and had Repairs to mobiles and laptops completed and have been entirely satisfied on every occasion. In addition they are very helpful and offer sound advice whenever needed. Highly recommended.

Terrible company, poor service - DO NOT USE!!!

I brought my laptop to the shop to get it fixed as it had a hardware issue. I was quoted £175 to fix with a 3 month warranty. I decided to go ahead with this and was assured that the laptop was working. When I left, I could not use the laptop until I returned to my home country. This was more than 3 months from the date of fixing it. When I tried to switch it on, it worked but seemed corrupted. The settings were not as they used to be. I then found the laptop to be switching off and not fully working.
I returned to the shop and they were unhelpful and rude. They did not offer any support and claimed I have to pay £175 again to fix this as it’s now a software corruption. This is a terrible service and very upsetting as now I’m out of pocket and with no laptop for my business.

Awful company

Never use this company... They steal parts and components from your phone and swap them with cheap Chinese ones... I have pics to prove...
