Absolutely disgusting service I bought a iPhone 11 Pro max from here after them claiming it was fully genuine and when I have got home I have realised the screen along with many other parts are not genuine after going back in to the store and asking the owner for a replacement I was spoken to disrespectfully and swore at the manager even squared up to me after I threatened with legal action I honestly thought I was about to be assaulted and as I'm only 17 I feel this was still too much avoid this store at all costs we are still trying to get the money back a week and a half later I beg you all do not go to this store as the experience I have had has completely ruined my friend's birthday

Use this place at your own risk!!! Dodgy phone repairs, you’ll have to pay twice. The card machine is always ‘out of use’ for big transactions, although is in use for small transactions..... No receipts given!!! Scammers

poor service, staff unwilling to listen. spent a considerable amount on screen and back replacement and screen went faulty again day after. was spoken to like a child and told i had damaged it myself within the day; it had simply been in my pocket for 20mins max and was broken again when I checked it so went straight to the shop. tried to ask if there could be another fault within the phone that had made it happen again and was just told over and over that it was my own fault and they were unwilling to even try and help me. Unbelievably rude. Have now reported for breaching consumer rights act :)

Do not use this shop ....worse service I have ever received _ ok taking your money until the shoddy phone charger would not charge my iPhone and blamed my phone for being the problem_ shoddy goods shoddy service _ beware

Took my phone in Saturday for a new screen cost £50. It’s now Friday and the the screen keeps going off and on not useable. Shops like these don’t use real iPhone screens so it’s pointless even going there. Should of saved my money. Never again !!!
