I had a fab experience today despite reviews. I took my badly damaged (smashed screen, LCD with dead pixels) iPhone 11 in for a screen replacement on passing and was charged £70 for the screen and a tempered glass screen protector. The man there also helped me choose a good case to keep it safe and told me which ones worked with the screen protector.

I was told it would be a 20 minute job and it was done as soon as I got back to the shop.
Would completely reccomend this place!

Put a new back cover on my daughters phone and took weeks to complete the job. Upon collecting the phone it was found to be malfunctioning so was told to bring it back only to find that the technician was not in that day. Wasted journey which left me out of pocket with travelling and parking expenses. Had to get someone else to rectify the problem
as I wasn’t prepared to waste another day or money on this second rate company.

Absolutely disgusting conned a vulnerable relative overcharged him they took his new top of the range phone in exchange for an older phone then charged him additional money. !!!

Absolute terrible place do not go anywhere near this shop. Customer Service is terrible and there attitude stinks!!!! Horrible people

Terrible! stay away from this company. Unless you want your phone robbing and to be treated terribly.
