Can be higher as this is my specialty and it's more based on productivity plus achievements. I like to think this as a personal service based in a individuals requirements.

SOME TIMES I can be delayed due a job taking a tad longer than expected or traffic and pants weather... You are more than welcome to give me a call or text regarding times to check ... i try and keep you informed and in the loop.
