BEWARE - Exhaust repair not done

BEWARE! - MK Auto Mobile Mechanics (John O’Sullivan) came out and gave me gave me a quote to repair our exhaust. He Demanded that we pay upfront to cover parts £347:00 was paid to him directly by bank transfer. £222 of that was for parts. They then failed to make the agreed appointments. They never responded to my calls or messages. The job was not undertaken. To date there has been no contact with me to make alternative arrangements or return the funds . Be warned that this company can not be trusted to do the work required despite being paid in advance and overcharge as the job has now been done by a reputable person and the total cost for the parts was only £20. Not a great work ethic at all.

Had an issue with my Ford Focus which was twice looked at by different mechanics and apparently fixed, was told of BVS Autos which were highly recommended by a friend and they resolved the problem in super quick time at a great price, and even sorted a trapped/twisted seatbelt at no extra cost.
Would recommend these guys to everyone and I will be a returning customer in the future!

Called around 8.30am for alternator replacement... Bit of mucking about waiting for phone calls in the AM but got car picked up around 1.30pm and returned at 5.30pm. Aaron got the Job done on the same day A+++ service ..
