Mark and his team were Fabulous! They were all very friendly and professional as well as helping with all the stress that comes with demolishing you're home to re-build it. They were sensitive as well and practical! I couldn't have asked for a nicer bunch for the job and would definitely recommend them.

MK demolition demolished and removed two properties within my factory boundary.
Mark the owner of the company was professional at all times and constantly kept myself and my staff updated with the progress of works and done his upmost to minimise the disruption to the day to day running of the factory (all operations were maintained at normal levels)
Being a large client organisation we asked Mark to submit various Risk Assessments/ Construction Phase Plans for the works in hand which he provided and put into practice on site; all aspects of work were contained within the MK Demolition segregated area and the provided RAMS were followed and to a good quality. at the end of the shift all access points to high areas were boarded off/ ladders taken away and materials/plant removed to deter trespassers on my land.
