Delighted with my conservatory and the care and attention of Michael of MSC Windows. No hard pressure from him. Good communication at all times; answered my phone calls promptly. My bungalow faces SE and past experience of regular roofs meant I needed a solid roof. Many D/g companies will not even discuss them but Michael has a wealth of experience and deals with a specialist roof company; he gave me a very competitive estimate with helpful advice. I soon found him to a good man of high moral standards who is more concerned with customer satisfaction than the targets that other salesmen seek. The result is a super result that exceeds my expectations and will fulfil my need to spend as much time as possible in it throughout the year. It is quite large, has a solid roof which is proving its worth in the recent hot weather and large bi-fold doors. My bungalow is quite small which has been enhanced by the conservatory.
