5On installation day he came exactly on time , told me what he was going to do and proceeded with the work.
Problems arose when he unpacked the door because even though he had not supplied the door he still attempted to fit it.
This he couldn’t do because the supplier had sent two of the five door packs from another manufacturer.
Shaun being Shaun said don’t worry we can sort it out
Between myself, the door supplier and Shaun it was sorted.
On installation day Shaun even picked up the correct parts and fitted my door.
After fitting the door and the opener / closer Shaun gave me a full demonstration of how to work the door and lubricate it
