Exercise is now fun !!!!

I’m not a person that enjoys exercise but Martin keeps me interested. An hour session fly’s past with me wanting more. Not that I could do much more as Martin pushes me to my limits sometimes surprising me with how much I have done. Not once do I look at the clock wishing this was over. I love this weekly session and wish I could afford more.
Thanks Martin for making exercise more exciting . The videos that you send all help too. I know you do all this in your own time and is greatly appreciated.
I’m feeling good that everyone has noticed that I’ve now lost 2 stone.

It's only been 5 weeks since I started training with Martin at MJ Motivation & Fitness and I am already a stone lighter and feeling great. I have been using MJ Motivation & Fitness for about 8 weeks now and Martin is very approachable and knowledgeable. He certainly pushes me to achieve the exercises, but in a very non-intimidating manner. Whilst he gets me to work hard, it is always relaxed and enjoyable and I always feel better for having worked-out. After 8 weeks I am really feeling great and also beginning to see improvements in my body-shape and toning. Thank you Martin!
