DILIGENT AND PROFESSIONAL.

We had a new oil boiler fitted 3 years ago under a government energy efficiency scheme. The quality of the work carried out by the company the scheme used was so bad our usual local boiler maintenance company refused to work on it. Fortunately Mike Cole was asked to come and rectify the problems the previous plumber had left. Mike Cole very diligently corrected all the many and awkward issues he had been saddled with and the quality of the finished job was second to none. unreliable!

Mike was paid for a job he simply would not do despite being contacted many times.He kept saying he would do it but never would.After finally giving up I've now paid twice as had to pay someone else to do it that's more reliable!

Hi Susie. Regarding the cleaning of your gutter. I quoted to fit a shower and fit a new gate primarily and clip some gutter back together for £100. The gutter was obviously blocked and you needed a handy man to clean it out. Most people charge £100 just to fit a shower but I thought I would help you out. All of my work has been 1 hour from Plymouth and time has been an issue of late. But thank you for the review, it will remind me to think twice when I do someone a favour,

Mike and Steve did a realy good job of fitting our outide combi boiler. They had a great deal of work to do but realy got on with it and two and a half days later lovely central heating.
they were both very pleasant and very patient with an iinquisitive grandaughter.
would not hesitate to reccomend Mike to others.

Mike came over last minuite after I called due to my boiler leaking. He was professional and efficent. I couldn't have asked for a better service.
He even put his cup in the sink after!
