Second time we have used this company to supply and fit a security system in our properties. Polite, professional, pefect people to deal with. Only supply and fit wat you really need, not what you think you need - which would be at extra expense to you, profit to them!

Highly recommend, should have put a review up before now, been in the new house for a year and system still fully operational and if I have ever had a reason to call Mitchells to ask a question, they call back as soon as they can and provide support.

App on the phone is new - think you have forgo to set the alarm and on he way to the airport/trainstation/venue - open the app and check the status of the alarm -- turn on and off using your mobile! brilliant.

I can't recommend this firm enough, i had no idea how to work our alarm and when a problem occurred this firm were so swift to respond, so friendly and fixed the issue so quickly (and gave me a much needed tutorial) that I would highly recommend them.

Gate. Bolt. Horse situation, as we had to contact them after being broken into. From first contact through to and after installation the service was second to none. So impressed by the professionalism from start to finish. No over selling techniques needed as knowledgable and sincere discussion regarding our personal needs put us at ease and genuinely felt confident we were in great hands. We have already recommended this company to our friends and family that are thinking about a home security system. I only hope they don't wait too long, like we did.
