Unfortunately I have had to use Mitchell's twice in the last 18 months and I cannot recommend them enough. Liam did everything with out giving me a moments stress from my initial call to the days after both funerals. Not a long review because there was nothing they didn't do well. I can not thank everyone at Mitchell’s Funeral Directors enough for the service they provided us with when it came to arranging my grans funeral, We were given support and understanding from the second we spoke to Irene, Liam was fantastic came out reassured us at every stage, They helped arrange all 3rd patty bookings, no request was ever to much hassel and the attention to detail was excellent it allowed us to have full confidence that the right company was chosen to organising such a important day.

The guidance we received allowed us to gave my gran the best possible send off not only make gran proud but also our own late parents, we are truly grateful.

Mitchell's Funeral Directors are by far the best value for money you can find with the packages for funerals they provide. The personalized service and flexibility of the team at Mitchells is second to none. Firsty they travel to the family to discuss what the familys wishes are for the funeral day and then they introduced us to an independent celebrant who was brilliant and very accommodating around family and friends when finding out about my dad and how to personalize what is said on the day of the service. Things that are usually extra costs are either fully or partially included in package costs. Fully covered costs for package we choose were Crematorium fees, 1 family car (seats 7), 50 personalised orders of service were also included for the day. There was also a £100 contribution in the package we choose that could be put towards flowers or possibly other things. Could not ask for anyone better to trust with providing a special day for a lost loved one.
